Return Policy

REFUNDS

Books may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date the book is shown to have shipped. A refund for the full cost of the book will be issued for books returned in new and resellable condition and in the original shrink wrap, if any. Shipping charges are not refundable.

The buyer is responsible for packing the return shipment securely, as well as for paying postage (and insurance at the buyer’s discretion).

Upon our receipt of a book in new and resellable condition and in the original shrink wrap, if any, the refund will be processed back to the buyer typically within 7-10 business days. Books are not eligible for a refund if they are postmarked more than 30 days after the date the book is shown to have shipped, or if books are returned in condition that is not new and resellable or not in the original shrink wrap, if any, in which case the book will be sent Return to Sender/C.O.D.

Books returned for a refund that are sent with insufficient postage may, at our sole discretion, be sent back to the buyer Return to Sender/C.O.D. or have the difference in postage plus 30% deducted from the refund.

Books that are purchased with offers that include premiums, e.g., gift cards, will be subject to the refund terms above minus the cost of the buyer's premium whether or not the buyer used the premium, plus reasonable shipping + handling charges, if any.

EXCHANGES

Any book that is shown to be defective or to have been damaged during delivery will be exchanged at no cost to the buyer upon return of the damaged book. Defective or damaged books are subject to exchange only, not refunds. If you receive a defective or damaged book, please e-mail info@skyboxpress.com.
